Kinsey's Stats

How do you celebrate turning one?
By going to the doctor for shots the very next day, of course!

Height  -  27.8 inches  13%
Weight  -  15.13 pounds  <3>
Head  -  45.0 cm  48%

Her doctor is worried about her weight but all our kids have had this same problem so we will start trying all the little tricks to try and help her gain some weight before her next appointment.

I forgot to put a story on here from about a month ago that I don't want to forget....It was raining as we were pulling up for sacrament so Rich dropped me and the 3 older kids off at the door and said he would grab Kins and meet us inside.  About 5 minutes later he comes walking in and sits down, without Kinsey.  I leaned over and asked him, "Hey, um, do we have a baby some where?"  He yells, "Mona!" (from Friends) and runs back out to grab her.  She really is so good and easy going that we could easily leave her behind since she doesn't cry very often.

Little Birthday Girl

How can it have been a year already?!?  It's hard to remember what life was like before she joined our family.  We all love this little girl more than anything!

Eating pizza, her favorite food for dinner

She actually dug into her cupcake and liked it.  None of our other kids would touch it.

Present time!  She wasn't too sure why we were all staring at her!

Happy Birthday, Kins!  We Love You!!
Thanks Meme and Crew for coming all the way up for the party!  We love you!

Award Assembly

The kids school had an award assembly and Caiden's flex reading group put on a little play before each assembly.  He memorized all his parts and was so excited to perform it.

We received an email from Kortlin's teacher saying she was chosen from her class to get an award for her great citizenship.  She was also really excited!

As I picked them all up from school Caiden came running down with his certificate.  He was also chosen out of his class but I didn't stay for the second assembly (because I didn't know he was chosen) to take his picture.

Good job Caiden and Kort!  We are so proud of you both!  Poor Kelsi felt a little left out but I'm sure she will get an award next time! 8)
