Alissa, we are so proud of your decision to be baptized. You are such a sweet girl and we love you!! Thanks David and Amy for a fun weekend and for sharing your room with us!
We decided we hadn't spent enough time in the car for one weekend so we drove back home Sunday, gave the kids a two hour break, and I loaded them back up in the car (along with my parents) and we headed to Mesa. We stopped in to see our favorite Fireman to break up the trip a little and he gave us a ride in the fire truck with lights on and everything. The kids were shaking they were so scared in the beginning but they warmed up as we went and ended up loving it. They left with necklaces, coloring books, and stickers.

We stayed with my Aunt Deanna and Uncle Edward so we could attend a funeral for a family friend Monday morning. It was such a nice service and it was great to see my friend Kathy, who I had not seen in about 8 years. Afterwards we went shopping and then back to Edward and Deanna's to let the kids play before putting them in the car again. Thanks for letting us stay with you guys, we always have fun when we come!!
