Sleeping Beauty

My girls had been whining and wanting to be held all morning so by 8:30am I was thinking, "Oh boy, this is gonna be a long day." By 10:00 they were ready for their morning naps and so was I. I ran in their room to wrap up Kelsi and put her in bed and when I came back out to the livingroom 2 minutes later this is what I found...

Poor girl was so tired she fell asleep on the livingroom floor holding the remote. They are both teething and have been cranky and obviously a little more sleepy so later in the day I was trying to do anything I could to keep them occupied from crying until Rich got home. Caiden was outside playing so I set them on a chair to watch which they loved. Kortlin kept putting her arm around Kelsi which I thought was so cute. They are such sweet girls and I hope they will continue to be close to each other as they grow up.

T-Ball

Ever since Caiden was born he has LOVED sports. We found out we could sign him up for t-ball this year and he has been so excited for it to start. Rich, my brother, and my Dad are all helping to coach Caiden's team. YES, it takes all 3 of them because the team is for 3-5 year olds and some of the kids don't have a very long attention span. His first game was hilarious. It is a mix between t-ball and rugby. When the ball is hit every kid on the field goes running for it and the poor kid that gets it is then tackled by all the other kids. It's fun and Caiden loves it so I guess it's worth it. Grandpa and Grandma Cardiff, Uncle Chad and cousin Morgan, Grandpa and Grandma Day, Uncle Derek, and our friend Mike were all there for the first game. It was freezing outside and really windy which made it not so enjoyable but that's Flagstaff.

Tub Time

Every kid has to have the bath pictures. This was actually the first time I put all 3 kids in together and the first time I didn't use the little plastic tub that you put inside the big tub for the girls. They all loved it. The girls had fun splashing and playing with the plastic cups. (Thanks Kristi!)

Fun Project

Once a month Home Depot does a free wood craft for kids. This was the first time we have gone and Caiden loved it! Today they made flower boxes so afterwards we went and bought flowers and potting soil. We went with our friends Brittany, Peyton, and Brylee and we all had SO much fun!
