Goodbye!

This week our good friends the McCall's are moving to Utah. I will miss our walks to the pond or just around the neighborhood and hanging out at church!! Brittany and I went to lunch at Monsoon's (YUM!!) and then had icecream on our last day to hang out. It was "SERIOUSLY" fun and I am sure gonna miss you!! Good luck in Utah!

My lil monkey

I was almost done getting ready this morning and just had a few more things left to do. The girls were being fussy so I decided that if I put them in their high chairs really quick and gave them a snack it would buy me a few more minutes. I was just finishing when I heard Kortlin whining so I ran into the kitchen expecting to see her in her chair ready to get out and this is what I find...



Some how she climbed out of her chair and onto the table and dumped Caiden's glass of water out everywhere! The water was no big deal but I just have no clue how she did that! I ALWAYS fasten them into their chairs and the ONE time I don't she gets out! I was only in the other room 3 minutes!! We have always called her a monkey and she is really living up to that name!


Kelsi started trying to walk June 11th but would only take a few steps and then fall. Lately she will see a toy about ten feet away and then stand up and walk right over to it. I know it's only a matter of time before they are both walking and then I am afraid I am really in trouble!!

Fourth

We started the day out at the "famous" parade. It was very long and kinda boring but the kids loved it. We did have great seats in the shade which made it nice(Thanks mom and dad for getting there early and saving us seats!) We went home for lunch and naps and then I went to the funeral of my friends husband who was killed in the helicopter crash. Afterwards we went to my parents and had a BBQ, played games outside, and had yummy SMORES. It was a great day (minus the funeral) and we had a lot of fun!

Caiden

Today Caiden had his 4 year check-up. (I know, he turned 4 in March...don't judge.) Here are his stats:

Weight: 33.5 lbs. - 25th Percentile
Height: 40 3/4 inches - 50th Percentile

His doctor is really great and we like her a lot. She always has a way of making me feel like I am the best mom and I have the smartest kid ever. I'm sure everyone that leaves her office feels the same way. He had to get two shots and only cried a tiny bit. Since he was so good I took him to the mall and he picked out a toy and we had lunch together. It was fun spending a little time together with just the two of us.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KELI!!

Today is my sister's 24th birthday. She went to a Diamondbacks game and then we met her in Sedona for dinner. I surprised her by decorating her truck while she was gone at the game, even though Caiden ruined the surprise while we were at dinner. Thanks for being the best sister and such a fun aunt! WE LOVE YOU AUNT MEME!!
